ERP/CRM - Python Developer

As a Python Developer with ERP/CRM and Django experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining ERP or CRM applications using Python and Django. You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, integrate third-party APIs, ensure seamless data flows within modules, optimize application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement secure authentication mechanisms. Additionally, you will prepare technical documentation, conduct user training, work with front-end developers, and participate in code reviews following agile development practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ERP or CRM applications using Python and Django. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flows within modules like HR, Finance, Inventory, Sales, etc. - Optimize application performance and write reusable code. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business logic, user interface, and integrations. - Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. - Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training. - Work with front-end developers to create intuitive user interfaces. - Participate in code reviews and follow agile development practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 2+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer. - Proven experience in developing and deploying ERP or CRM applications. - Strong expertise in Django framework and its ecosystem. - Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration protocols. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM. - Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
