Job Title: Python Developer (ERP/CRM & Django Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with a strong background in developing ERP or CRM applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure business solutions using Django and related web technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ERP or CRM applications using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flows within modules such as HR, Finance, Inventory, Sales, etc.
• Optimize application performance and write effective, reusable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to business logic, user interface, and integrations.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training as required.
• Work with front-end developers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews and follow agile development practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Proven experience developing and deploying ERP or CRM applications.
• Strong expertise in Django framework and its ecosystem.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration protocols.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
