Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of D365FO Retail and Commerce, Sales, and Marketing modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and user needs. Work closely with business users and technical teams to gather functional requirements and develop functional designs. Provide expertise in configuring and testing D365FO Sales and Retail functionalities, implementing new features and enhancements. Analyze retail operations, recommending solutions to drive continuous improvement. Oversee solution testing, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and sign off on configurations and customizations to ensure they meet requirements and quality standards. Collaborate with third-party vendors for seamless integration of external systems, including B2B commerce platforms, with D365FO. Ensure project timelines, functional requirements, and broader objectives are met in alignment with project deadlines. Required Skills/Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in D365FO and/or AX2012, focusing on system analysis, solution design, and writing functional specifications. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with D365FO Retail and Commerce modules, including Retail HQ, Channels, Catalogs, Assortments, and Customer Loyalty programs. Experience configuring and managing D365FO Sales and Marketing modules, including Trade Agreements, Intercompany Trading, Order Fulfillment, and Pricing & Discounts. Experience delivering at least 2 multi-country D365FO Retail implementations. Deep understanding of retail and commerce business processes and industry best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strong team collaboration and alignment with business goals. Nice to Have: Experience in Point of Sales (POS) setup, Pricing Management, and eCommerce. Experience implementing B2B omnichannel pricing using Commerce Scale Unit. Relevant D365FO/AX certifications.
