Job Description

As an ERP Integration Architect at Sanofi Consumer Healthcare in Hyderabad, you will be part of a team working towards serving healthier lives and integrating sustainability into business operations. Your role will involve owning the technical roadmap of SAP integration products, designing integration solutions, and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of information for the digital technical and functional teams. You will be responsible for identifying SAP integration services, maintaining interface library and architecture diagrams, and leading technical architecture assessment sessions. Your role will also involve evaluating costs and benefits of different options, defining the operating model for development/activation of services, and establishing sustainable governance to ensure adherence to norms and standards. Collaboration with other architects and business analysts, partnership with technology providers, and handling product discovery and delivery in an adaptive manner are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be expected to manage escalations, incidents, and security breaches, and develop and maintain technical architecture metrics and reporting. The ideal candidate for this role should have a technical background with over 8 years of experience in SAP and SAP Business Technology Platform technologies. Strong understanding of various middleware and integration platforms, experience in IT transformation in a global company, and proficiency in IT Governance are essential requirements. Soft skills such as conflict resolution, problem-solving, and leadership attitude are also important for this role. A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering, fluent English language skills, and a passion for progress and diversity are necessary for this position.
