ERP Implementation and Support Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with at least one year of experience in ERP application implementation and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ERP deployment, providing user training, and ensuring smooth post-implementation support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ERP software implementation across various business functions.
• Conduct user requirement analysis and coordinate with the development team for customizations.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Handle day-to-day ERP support issues and troubleshoot functional or technical problems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
• Assist in data migration, system configuration, and testing.
• Ensure smooth system performance and continuous improvement in ERP usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Good understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, Inventory, or Production.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL or reporting tools is an added advantage.
