Role Overview: You will be working as an ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in QAD ERP systems to assist clients in optimizing their enterprise operations. Your role will involve understanding core business processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Customer Management, and implementing end-to-end ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support QAD ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Configure and customize QAD modules to align with business processes. - Manage data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end users. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. - Work closely with cross-functional teams - IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related functional issues. - Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, including 5+ years in QAD ERP. - Strong understanding of at least one of the following domains: Finance, Manufacturing, Customer Management, or Supply Chain. - Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations and support. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
