Provides application or infrastructure technical expertise, analysis and specifications for IT systems to meet business requirements in accordance with IT architecture policies and standards; translate requirements into technical specifications, create detailed solution design, coordinate construction, installation, configuration and testing of IT systems; and identifies, troubleshoots and resolves system technical issues. Contributes in the creation of the technical specifications from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the application, infrastructure or complete solution. Assists in technical analysis of potential solutions including evaluating the technical fit and viability of commercial-of-the-shelf products versus custom built solution. Assists with the delivery of solution designs, adhering to standards and leveraging re-use of components.Assists in creating high level and detail design of infrastructure OR applications, interfaces, conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows while meeting architecture, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements. Assists technical and infrastructure groups in understanding the solution design and specifications.Participates in formal design reviews and code reviews (where applicable) to ensure the detailed design specifications have been understood and coding standards have been adhered to by the development team(s). Solution Validation Testing - Validates a configuration item change or solution using the Function's defined best practices, including the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, tools and metrics, to ensure that it works as designed and meets customer requirements. You will leverage your expertise in Infor LN ERP Finance applications to troubleshoot, customize, and enhance the system, ensuring alignment with strategic operations and governance processes. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for new business requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system. What You Will Do: Support for operational issues in the EMEA region. Troubleshoot and analyze root causes, providing technical advice or resolutions to the support team and solutions to business units. Support operational projects by implementing required configurations, customizations, training, and testing. Serve as the internal ERP specialist in Finance for the ERP System Infor LN and Financial Applications area. Participate in discussions to identify solutions for new business requirements. Align with Process Governance for implementing strategic operations and improving daily operations. What You Bring: Prior experience in managing ERP operations and support. 5+ years of experience with Infor LN ERP Finance applications, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Experience in ERP rollout or project management in global projects. Masters degree or higher in finance. Certification/Licenses/Specialized Knowledge: Infor ERP LN functional and technical knowledge. Must have minimum 2-3 implementations/support experience in Oracle PPM cloud. Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on ERP/Fin modules with focus area in Oracle PPM cloud offerings such as Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing and Project Control. Excellent communication skills, to be able to discuss Functional issues/solutions, in highly escalated situations with Oracle support & customer. Must have good understanding of Cloud tools such as FSM, rapid implementation templates and ADFdi, etc. Must have experience in business process mapping, fit/gap Analysis, Level 1 3 finance business process. Certification in PPM/Fin offerings will be preferred. A few years experience in Oracle EBS are preferred. Must have experience in writing functional specifications, OTBI reports and analytics. Must have a good understanding of Oracle PPM cloud integrations, Data loaders, Spreadsheet data loaders, etc. Experience in PPM cloud security and workflows.
