ERP Coordinator - Mfg Company

You will be working as an ERP Coordinator at an Industrial Components & Auto Parts Manufacturing Company located in Sector 32, Faridabad. With a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing ERP systems such as D365-Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing ERP implementation in operational roles like Retail Expert, Production / Assembly BOM module, and Store & Inventory Management through all stages of deployment. You should have a proven track record of working on full life cycle implementations of Business Central and possess a deep understanding of core Dynamics Business Central modules. As an ERP Coordinator, you must excel in creating high-quality functional documentation, conducting requirements gathering, and providing support and training to users. You should be proficient in MS Office suite, especially MS Word and MS Excel, and adept at documenting Fit-Gap requirements, estimating efforts, and prioritizing tasks based on priority and complexity. Additionally, you will be required to communicate progress on project tasks, issues, risks, and blockers to the Reporting Head, collaborate with developers on custom code in operations modules, and monitor and maintain Business Central Masters. Providing roles and permissions to end users, conducting data ports with Configuration Packages and xml port, delivering concept training to new users, re-training existing users on new functionalities, and offering support for various issues in Dynamics NAV & Business Central will also be part of your role.
