We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Supervisor – Fabrication to manage and supervise fabrication operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate must have 10 years of total experience in fabrication, with a minimum of 3 years in transmission tower line fabrication . Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day fabrication operations during the shift and ensure adherence to production targets. Interpret fabrication drawings and ensure accuracy in work execution. Monitor and guide the activities of welders, fitters, and helpers on the shop floor. Maintain quality standards and ensure components meet specified requirements. Coordinate with the production manager and quality team for issue resolution and continuous improvement. Track material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper handling of raw materials and tools. Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards. Report daily shift performance, delays, and manpower deployment. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 10 years in fabrication with at least 3 years in transmission tower line fabrication . Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade (preferred). Sound knowledge of fabrication processes including cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly. Ability to read and interpret structural steel fabrication drawings. Good leadership and problem-solving skills. Must be able to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
