Shift Incharge -Fabrication

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shift Supervisor – Fabrication to manage and supervise fabrication operations during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate must have 10 years of total experience in fabrication, with a minimum of 3 years in transmission tower line fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day fabrication operations during the shift and ensure adherence to production targets.
• Interpret fabrication drawings and ensure accuracy in work execution.
• Monitor and guide the activities of welders, fitters, and helpers on the shop floor.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure components meet specified requirements.
• Coordinate with the production manager and quality team for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Track material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper handling of raw materials and tools.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards.
• Report daily shift performance, delays, and manpower deployment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in fabrication with at least 3 years in transmission tower line fabrication.
• Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related trade (preferred).
• Sound knowledge of fabrication processes including cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret structural steel fabrication drawings.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
