Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand (or other relevant destinations).
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents.
• Guide students in selecting courses, universities, and countries based on their profiles and aspirations.
• Explain admission processes, visa procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems and opportunities.
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins to convert inquiries into applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams (application, visa, marketing) to ensure seamless student service.
• Track and maintain student records and application progress in the CRM.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling for study-abroad programs.
• In-depth knowledge of the admission processes for at least 5 countries.
• Fluency in English (additional regional language is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle student queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
