Job Description

The job is located in Hyderabad and candidates must be based in Hyderabad. The duration of the job is 6 months. The engagement requirement is 3 days per week, with a full working day per visit lasting 6-8 hours. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting one-on-one ergonomic, posture, and fitness screenings. - Leading group stretching and awareness sessions to promote movement and prevent injuries. - Tracking progress by following up with assessed employees to ensure implementation and address ongoing issues. - Collaborating with HR and EHS teams to implement workplace ergonomic improvements. - Mentoring the internal team. - Reporting and documentation. Qualifications and Skills: - A Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy is mandatory. - Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) or individuals with equivalent background and proven experience in industrial/office ergonomics. - Communication Skills: Ability to engage employees at all levels and effectively communicate ergonomic concepts in an accessible and practical manner.
