Job Title: Erection Supervisor Boiler Erection

Location: TNPL, Karur Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Erection Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day boiler erection activities at the site.
Ensure all work is carried out as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams for smooth execution of erection work.
Monitor workforce, material usage, and project timelines.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations.
Troubleshoot technical issues during erection and provide solutions on-site.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum
5 years of experience
specifically in
boiler erection
.
Ability to read technical drawings and interpret erection procedures.
Knowledge of relevant safety standards and erection best practices.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Willing to work full-time at the Karur site.
