1. 1-3 years of experience in eRecording, document recording, or title/mortgage processing in the US Mortgage industry.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle voice interactions professionally.
3. Familiarity with eRecording platforms (e.g., Simplifile, CSC, ePN) and county recording systems.
4. Understanding of mortgage documents, including deeds, mortgages, satisfactions, and lien releases.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and accuracy skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and mortgage processing software.
8. Prior voice process experience in a mortgage or title-related role is a plus.
