As a Human Resources Business Partner Lead at Bradken, you will be part of a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment. Your role will involve serving as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with operational goals to drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). You will lead a small team of HR professionals in Malaysia, China, and India, providing consistent and timely HR support. Additionally, you will design and implement HR activities as a subject matter expert, ensuring operational discipline and fostering a positive work environment. Effective communication strategies and data-driven insights will be key in diagnosing issues and developing innovative people solutions, while building networks and collaborating across silos to enhance employee engagement and performance. Facilitating training for leaders on HR policies, performance management, and other HR matters will be part of your responsibilities. You will embed effective talent management and succession planning to help leaders identify and develop talent for a high-performing workforce. Coaching and supporting leaders in creating a desired organizational culture, capability, and performance, as well as leading workplace investigations and providing counsel on complex disciplinary actions will also be essential aspects of your role. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements through strategic focus and critical thinking will be a key focus area for you. Your qualifications should include a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, Applied Science, Psychology, or a related field. Extensive experience in Human Resources within a heavy industrial environment is essential, along with proven expertise in the Business Partner Model and employee lifecycle processes. Strong knowledge of industrial relations frameworks and ER Strategies in the APAC region are necessary, and leadership experience in a global environment is beneficial.
