Job Title : Equity Research Associate Location : Bangalore (Onsite) Start Date : May We are seeking an Equity Research Associate to analyze and evaluate businesses in India. What You Will Work On: You will be a generalist researching a variety of business models with great emphasis on primary research and industry conversations. In your first year, you will dig through multiple public and private businesses in India to help build your knowledge base and our team’s research on high-quality businesses. You will work on diverse companies across industries ranging from green hydrogen to fast fashion to microfinance. The Best Candidates Will Have: Deep intellectual curiosity and an ability to ask thoughtful questions about business models. Winning mentality and self-belief to take on any business in any sector and figure out the key drivers and risks. Mental + physical stamina to work long hours and manage several projects per month. Commitment to their own development and to the firm’s ambition over time. Eligibility: A degree in Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
