Equities Off-Cycle Internship - Global Equity Client Strategy

As an intern in the Equities Division at Jefferies in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals on various projects related to Research, Equities Sales, Sales Trading, Electronic Trading, Equity Finance, Facilitation & Execution Trading. The GECS desk's primary focus is on enhancing the firm's business by developing and managing Equities processes and initiatives in regional offices across London, New York, and Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities: - Develop & produce numerous Global MIS metrics to enhance the firm's business performance and efficiency. - Analyze and enter Cash Equity vote results from clients in the internal vote management system to evaluate the firm's research service provision. - Control Global Research Entitlements & Europe-based clients research MIFID-II agreements for the Equities division by setting up access rights for clients to receive the firm's research product. - Prepare client review packs for internal & external client review meetings in collaboration with regional teams. - Perform other ad-hoc tasks and deliverables as directed by EMEA, US & APAC regional teams. Qualifications Required: - Understanding of Global Equity Business & Client Management. - Prior experience in Business Management, Strategy, and Consulting functions preferred. - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VBA Macros programming. - Excellent communication skills & keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, organize time, and produce results.,
