The bank has incompetent staff working in fastag department, they were continually rejecting my rekyc for no reason at all. Finally closed and got a new fastag within hours from a different provider. No customer service no, zero support.. can only sympathize with regular banking customers. Thank god, i am not one anymore.

Management and IT department are not aware about the present market movement. Customer service is big zero. It is not recommended for the NRI customers. It is really surprised how they got the RBI license. There are lot of mistakes in their websites. We have to approach RBI to cancel their license.

If I can give a lesser rating that this I would go for it. Had a worst experience with the staffs redirecting to the requested facility. All wrong instructions in guiding us. And we had to walk all over the floors and at last they said that …
