Job Description

As a New Model Design professional, your role will involve studying, verifying, coordinating, and executing changes implementations. You will be responsible for equipment related tasks such as paint shop process, pretreatment & electordeposition awareness, oven study and analysis, equipment load analysis, and EMT knowledge. Additionally, you will need to analyze, create, review, perform interference checks, and coordinate the execution of new model conveyors. Your expertise will also be required in studying, teaching robots, load calculation, ensuring production readiness, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality handover for new robots. In terms of Budget Management, you will play a crucial role in preparing budgets, creating accounts, coordinating with the finance team, providing monthly reporting, and adopting a tactical approach. Your responsibilities will also extend to Procurement activities including importing, utilizing SAP, maintaining awareness of shipping documents, and coordinating traffic & customs activities. Furthermore, your knowledge and skills in Jig/Stay will be valuable as you work with steel properties, degrees of freedom, design, conduct trial & error processes, and aid in vendor development. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in paint shop processes, equipment load analysis, and EMT knowledge - Experience in budget preparation, monthly reporting, and tactical budget management - Familiarity with procurement processes including importing, SAP, and shipping documents - Strong understanding of steel properties, degrees of freedom, and design principles for Jig/Stay Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
