Absolutely no respect to time - prior appointments are not honoured. The OPD keeps prioritising patients on the basis of staff’s “connection” or sequence of arrival. What is the point taking appointments? 15-20 minutes here and there / emergency is fine but waiting for an hour despite having an appointment is not acceptable.
