Hi have never faced situation like this.Staff is not active. They don't understand the value of time. I had appointment and Dr. Was bit late but no one taken responsibility to inform us in advanced. Literally I wait there for 2 hours for consulting to the Doctor. Now it's for consulting time, you can think about the emergency crisis.
