Regardless of how good the doctors are the money making machines - your billers and the appointment giving staff are causing a big pain to the patients. 5 out of 6 times i had to wait for doctor for over 2 hours to arrive at his seat from the appointment time. You do not value the patients time at all. So damm ridicules.
