EPM Patch Management / Software Distribution Associate

You are responsible for managing the Endpoint Patch Management and Software Distribution activities at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Your main responsibilities include: - Configuring and maintaining System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for operating system deployment and patch management. - Creating and managing SCCM collections, queries, and deployment packages. - Monitoring SCCM health, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular maintenance tasks. - Developing and implementing patch management strategies and policies for timely deployment of security patches and updates. - Coordinating patch testing, evaluation, and deployment schedules in alignment with business needs. - Managing endpoints across the organization to ensure compliance with patch levels and configuration standards. - Automating endpoint configuration and software deployments using SCCM to streamline operations. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation of SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures. - Generating regular reports on patch compliance, deployment status, and system health. Qualifications required for this role: - 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. - Demonstrated understanding of SCCM Software Updates, including 3rd Party Patching and Vulnerability Management Detection & Remediation. - In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
