Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud EPM Planning (EPBCS) solutions across Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling modules.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling initiatives for enterprise clients.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and deliver scalable planning solutions.
Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for advanced business rules, validations, and automation within EPBCS.
Build and manage data integrations using FDMEE and Data Management.
Automate planning and reporting processes using EPM Automate to improve efficiency and reliability.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing application support.
Create reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis using Excel, SmartView, and Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in.
Apply AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics techniques to enhance planning accuracy and business insights.
Stay updated with Oracle EPM and AI/ML advancements and incorporate best practices into solution design.
Work collaboratively with global teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
