Role Overview: Huron is seeking an experienced individual to join their Oracle EPM Planning & Strategy (P&S) team in India. As a part of this global consultancy firm, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations navigate complex transformations across various industries. By leveraging your expertise in strategy and innovation, you will collaborate with clients to develop practical plans that address immediate challenges while setting them up for long-term success. The team operates on a global scale, fostering collaboration across diverse areas of expertise to drive strategic planning, optimize annual planning processes, and implement industry-specific strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize at least 4 to 6 years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, preferably PBCS/EPBCS, to analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users. - Demonstrate specific knowledge of integration tools such as FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) and experience with automation scripts like EPM Automate. - Leverage extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView to support P&S projects effectively. - Possess knowledge of financial and functional processes, work independently with minimal guidance, and exhibit strong technical documentation skills.
