Role Overview As an EPICOR Consultant, you will be a key player in consulting engagements, handling implementation tasks, and delivering top-notch solutions. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with clients to understand their requirements, implement ERP systems, and provide continuous support. This role will require you to lead small project teams, work independently on short-term projects, and ensure successful project completion with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities - System Testing & Support: Conduct testing, training, and troubleshooting of the system for clients, offering initial support for the assigned products. - ERP Implementation: Take charge of end-to-end ERP implementation, from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing support. - Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients and encourage interest in additional products or services. Project Management - Accurately estimate project tasks and prioritize resources effectively. - Monitor task progress to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. - Reporting & Documentation: Keep track of time and expenses by entering them promptly into the project accounting system. - Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when necessary. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Proficient understanding of ERP workflows and concepts. - Excellent communication skills for business purposes. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships. - Prior experience in project management and implementation tasks.,
