Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for an Epic Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance on Epic systems, offering healthcare consulting services, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of clients. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, managing projects effectively, and ensuring the successful execution of Epic-related workflows and solutions. The role requires hands-on involvement in MyChart configuration and optimization, along with collaborating across teams to identify challenges and deliver client-focused results.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to assess and interpret data effectively to drive decision-making
• Expertise in consulting with clients to identify needs and deliver customized solutions
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, ensuring timely and successful project execution
• Proficiency in Epic systems, including MyChart configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Experience in healthcare consulting, with an understanding of healthcare workflows and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in Epic systems are a strong advantage
