As an Engineering Manager - Engineering Operations Leader (EOPS) at HTS BA, your role will involve collaborating closely with BA Global PMO & EOPS leaders to enhance engineering operations efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of Data analysts to ensure a minimum of 98% adherence to KPI metric delivery. - Driving time sheet compliance across BA locations through rigorous reporting and EWI. - Collaborating with India E4E leader to maintain accolade data hygiene for revenue reporting. - Working on MOR reporting for Global, Meta, India, China, and Mexico regions in partnership with respective site leaders. - Engaging with Global EOPS and HTS India Director's on HTS India spend, revenue, and Accolade Hygiene report. - Collaborating with BA EOPS Global Director on affordability model during AOP. - Planning and executing HTS BA India AOP with less than 2% variance in collaboration with various departments. - Bringing consistency in HTS BA Engineering operations by adapting best practices from other HTS India SBG. - Resolving systemic issues in Accolade, SAP, and Fiori in coordination with Global and Local IT leaders. - Managing Capex, Opex, Lab spends, HSE, Tech pubs, with a utilization goal of 95% budget. - Enabling world-class labs through asset utilization, calibration, SW license repository/renewal, lab accreditation, and other initiatives. - Driving CSW vendor rationalization and feedback monitoring with GBE PMO and Engineering at HTS. - Streamlining EOPS team to enhance operational activities efficiency at HTS BA India. - Supporting HTS BA India in reporting on Program performances, EAC reports, productivity, and site KPIs. - Providing management reporting with actionable intelligence backed by analytics and reasoning. - Establishing operational metrics availability to HTS GBE leaders with predictive analytics capability. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 15+ years of experience in Engineering Business and Operations Management, Project Engineering/Program Management, Financial/Business acumen, and Data analytics. - Two years of experience as an Engineering/Functional supervisor, preferably in an Engineering operations role. - Demonstrated initiative-taking behavior in predicting and mitigating issues effectively. - Ability to influence cross-functional teams through business reasoning and data analytics. - Good oral and written communication skills, with exposure to executive communication being an added advantage.
