Job Description

Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of the Sewage Treatment Plant, including start-up, routine operations, and shutdowns.
Monitor inlet and outlet water quality to ensure compliance with prescribed standards.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all STP equipment, such as pumps, blowers, and filters.
Maintain accurate records of plant operations, including water quality reports, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies, including pollution control boards.
Keep an updated inventory of chemicals, spare parts, and consumables
Manage and supervise a team of operators and technicians.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on plant operations and maintenance.
Communicate with management regarding operational issues and improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:
