Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Executive located in Amaravati. The Executive will be responsible for fostering innovation and entrepreneurial culture within the university. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and managing entrepreneurship programs, mentoring students and faculty on start-up initiatives, building partnerships with industry and academic collaborators, securing funding for innovative projects, and organizing workshops and events to promote entrepreneurial activities. The role also involves monitoring the progress of start-ups and providing strategic guidance for their growth.

• Experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and start-up ecosystem
• Skills in developing and managing entrepreneurship programs and initiatives
• Expertise in building industry and academic partnerships
• Proficiency in securing funding for innovation and start-up projects
• Strong organizational and event management skills
• Excellent mentorship and advisory skills for students and faculty
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups
• Master's degree in Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related field; Ph.D. is a plus
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
