#RoleHighlights

• Biological & organic-based product development on the basis of the target pest and its control.

• Ready to travel for field trials and product effect studies.

• Interactive person having good repo with farmers will be appreciated

• Support product development and field trials in bio-control & integrated pest management.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to bridge innovative, eco-friendly solutions to farmers.

Requirements

• M.Sc. in Entomology or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in entomology research or applied fieldwork.

• Strong knowledge of IPM practices, beneficial insects, and insect biology.

• Passion for sustainable agriculture and farmer-focused innovation.
