Job Description

As a Manager in this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professional associates and/or supervisors within your discipline. Your primary accountability will be ensuring the performance and results of your team meet established departmental plans and priorities. You will exercise judgment to address resource and operational challenges within defined practices and policies. Your role includes managing a generally homogeneous team, building engagement to meet service and/or operational challenges, and impacting the team's ability to achieve quality, volume, and timeliness objectives. Additionally, you will guide, influence, and persuade others internally or lower complexity external customers or agencies. You will set priorities for supervisors/AMs/DMs, provide coaching and feedback, analyze information to solve ongoing problems, conduct performance appraisals, and collaborate with supervisors on performance improvement plans. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of professional associates and/or supervisors effectively to drive productivity and achieve common business goals - Build engagement within the team to meet service and operational challenges - Guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders - Set priorities for supervisors/AMs/DMs and provide coaching and feedback - Conduct performance appraisals and collaborate on performance improvement plans - Analyze information to solve ongoing problems - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide status updates and exchange ideas - Ensure team efforts are coordinated towards common business goals Qualifications Required: - Graduate from any stream - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage people/people leaders and drive them towards a common goal - Ability to work on multiple projects within time constraints - Ability to communicate ideas quickly and give/receive feedback - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management skills and discipline - Passionate about the team and the work undertaken - Level-headed and organized ADP values ethics and integrity in conducting business.
