Enterprise Integration Architect

You are a highly experienced Senior Application Integration Architect responsible for leading the design, development, and governance of enterprise integration solutions across various environments including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises. Your expertise in integration architecture patterns, API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, API Management, and iPaaS platforms will drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations across the application landscape. Collaboration with enterprise architects, product teams, infrastructure, and security stakeholders is crucial in shaping integration strategy, defining best practices, and overseeing execution. Your key responsibilities include defining and implementing enterprise integration architectures, leading the design and governance of integration solutions, providing best practices for API management and event-driven architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, defining integration patterns and guidelines, ensuring smooth integration with various systems, driving CI/CD automation and monitoring strategies, troubleshooting integration issues, and guiding and mentoring integration developers. To excel in this role, you should possess 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and iPaaS solutions, along with hands-on experience in iPaaS platforms, integration architectures, middleware, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and security best practices. Proficiency in API security, authentication mechanisms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, monitoring tools, and event streaming technologies is essential. Your ability to lead architecture discussions, influence stakeholders, align technology with business goals, and exhibit strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills will be highly valued. Soft skills such as strong communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, innovation, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment are also important.
