Enterprise Architect, Google Cloud Professional Services

As an Enterprise Cloud Architect at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on transformational projects with customers, focusing on designing cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures. Your responsibilities will include developing solutions for migrating, building, modernizing, and maintaining applications on Google Cloud Platform. You will also troubleshoot potential platform issues and provide leadership in customer delivery, scoping, and estimating services delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Provide customers with knowledge and leadership in enterprise-wide cloud architecture and migration planning. - Recommend and document migration paths, integration strategies, and application architectures using best practices on Google Cloud. - Engage with customers as a single technical point of contact into the consulting delivery team. - Oversee technical delivery, customer satisfaction, and accurate estimation of customer outcomes in partnership with the Delivery Executive and Program Manager. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in customer-facing services translating enterprise customer needs into cloud architectures. - Experience writing software in languages such as Java, Python, Go, etc. - Experience in developing software or internet infrastructure/migration solutions in virtual environments. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience designing and deploying distributed data processing systems with technologies like Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Hadoop, etc. - Experience with cloud architectural capabilities in enterprise use cases. - Knowledge of standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, etc. - Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.,
