You are invited to join Ashnik as a dynamic and experienced software sales professional based in Mumbai. Your role will involve selling open-source software and services to large enterprise accounts in India, particularly in the BFSI segment. To excel in this position, you should possess strong enterprise software sales experience, a background in selling IT services, and ideally, experience in selling open-source technologies. Building rapport with senior executives, developing close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts are essential skills required for this role. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be self-driven, a good collaborator, fast learner, and accountable. A talent for storytelling will make you an even more compelling candidate. As part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with driving sales to achieve revenue and gross margin targets for open-source services and solutions. Growing the sales pipeline from enterprise accounts, establishing and nurturing strategic relationships at the CxO level, and articulating value propositions around open-source technology and Ashnik solutions will be key aspects of your role. You will also represent Ashnik's capabilities, services, and offerings to customers while bringing market insights and industry initiatives to develop a powerful Ashnik narrative.
