About the Role

Xylem Learning is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Student Counselors to join our growing counselling and sales team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will guide students and their families in making informed educational choices, support their academic journey, and contribute to our continued growth.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education sector—especially those who are passionate about student success and thrive in performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with prospective students and parents through both inbound and outbound calls using our internal lead database.
• Identify students' academic goals, challenges, and aspirations to suggest appropriate Xylem Learning programs.
• Deliver clear and compelling presentations of our courses and offerings.
• Offer personalized counseling to foster trust and build lasting relationships with students and families.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets consistently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, follow-ups, and enrolment progress using CRM systems.
• Work collaboratively with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed on the latest programs, offers, and updates.
• Share feedback and insights to enhance lead quality and improve the overall counselling experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (experience in the education sector is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass enrolment or sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Highly self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Adaptable and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred; good command of English is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
