Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate E/M codes for OP or IP services
Ensure compliance with all applicable coding guidelines and regulations
Maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards
Work closely with the clinical and billing teams to resolve documentation and coding discrepancies
Stay updated with the latest coding rules and healthcare guidelines

Required Qualifications:

Any Graduate (Bachelors degree in any discipline)
Strong understanding of E/M coding practices
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Experience:

Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
in ENM OP or ENM IP coding
Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems and coding software
