English Trainer

Job role: Learning & Development Executive / Manager Soft skills / English – Trainer Objective ➢ Develop curriculum for Soft skills and English ➢ Impart training of curriculum ➢ Establish and achieve quality and budget performance for Learning and Development Goals Tasks ➢ Establish course competencies ➢ Develop curriculum ➢ Develop teaching materials, learning materials, lesson plans, teaching aids etc. ➢ Establish academic systems ➢ Implement standardized teaching, learning and instructor material ➢ Set up a system that is standardized and will deliver a specified quality ➢ Train teachers, trainers, staff and students ➢ Programme co-ordination ➢ Counselling of students ➢ Promote the center through liaison with companies, students and other potential stakeholders. ➢ Any other tasks as required from time to time Background ➢ 5+ years’ work experience is preferred but not essential ➢ Work experience in educational/ training industry is a plus ➢ Has relevant experience in training in Hospitality industry or training industry specializing in soft skills ➢ Must work tirelessly Location ➢ The job is located in North India near Gurgaon. ➢ It is being set up as a high quality, international standard skill development center specializing in technical skills. ➢ The institute is established with the support of a World Bank Reflows Program and The German Chamber of Skilled Crafts, Koblenz, Germany.
