Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to facilitate active learning.
• Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and promote student participation.
• Assess and evaluate students academic performance through tests, assignments, and oral presentations.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development.
• Collaborate with grade-level teachers, coordinators, and parents to ensure overall student growth.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure discipline in alignment with school policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (Masters preferred).
• B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Minimum 24 years of relevant teaching experience at the middle or secondary level.
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools.
• Passionate about teaching and working with young learners.
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
