Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic English Teacher who possesses strong expertise in English grammar and an understanding of competitive exam patterns (KAS/PSC/SSC). The ideal candidate will not only deliver engaging classes but also contribute to curriculum development, create academic resources, and actively support KAS Mentor’s online and offline learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Content Delivery:
• Conduct online and offline English sessions aligned with KAS/PSC/SSC exam requirements.
• Record high-quality video lectures for KAS Mentor’s application subscribers.
• Facilitate interactive question paper discussions with students.
• Academic Development:
• Research exam trends and prepare relevant academic content.
• Create question banks, practice tests, and evaluation materials.
• Design and update the English curriculum tailored to competitive exams.
• Technology & Presentation:
• Develop engaging presentation slides and digital content for sessions.
• Use EdTech tools to deliver interactive and effective lessons.
• Engagement & Promotion:
• Participate in student mentorship and doubt-solving sessions.
• Contribute to KAS Mentor’s social media campaigns with academic content, short videos, and promotions.
• Represent KAS Mentor in webinars, workshops, and online academic forums.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven teaching or training experience, preferably in competitive exam coaching.
• Strong command of English grammar, comprehension, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with the structure and question trends of KAS/PSC/SSC exams (advantageous).
• Ability to design study materials and create effective evaluation strategies.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in using digital teaching platforms and presentation tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
• Creative mindset with willingness to contribute to content promotion on digital platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
