Position Overview: As a TGT English Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the academic and personal development of our students. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English language and literature lessons that are aligned with our curriculum standards and educational objectives. You will create a supportive learning environment that encourages students to explore and appreciate the richness of the English language, develop their analytical skills, and enhance their communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Foster a love for literature and language by introducing students to a wide range of literary works, including classic and contemporary texts.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, writing skills, and literary analysis techniques effectively.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies, instructional resources, and technology tools to enhance learning outcomes.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent in English Literature, English Language Teaching, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or teaching certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 to 3 year of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in an CBSE /ICSE curriculum school.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for English language and literature.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
