Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate English Teacher to join our academic team in Maharashtra. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students from primary to middle school (Grades 3–8), with a focus on building strong communication, grammar, and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English language and literature to students as per the school’s academic plan.
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that include grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and creative writing.
• Foster reading habits through storytelling, discussions, and literature-based activities.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Provide regular feedback to students and communicate academic progress with parents.
• Participate in school events, PTMs, workshops, and faculty meetings.
• Use technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with specialization in English or Arts + B.Ed. (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of teaching experience in English at primary or middle school level.
• Strong command over spoken and written English.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passionate about nurturing language skills and student creativity.
