English Lecturer (MA English Required)

Vision Flying Training Institute is looking for a qualified and dedicated English Instructor to join our academic faculty. The candidate should possess a strong academic background in English and have a passion for teaching, especially in a professional and aviation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students
• Develop lesson plans aligned with course objectives and aviation communication standards
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and presentations
• Guide students in improving their spoken and written English for professional settings
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-centred classroom environment
• Keep records of student performance and provide regular feedback
• Participate in academic meetings, training programs, and curriculum development

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in English (MA English)
• Bachelor’s Degree in English (BA English)
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in English
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching English for aviation or technical fields (desirable)
• Familiarity with aviation vocabulary and communication standards (optional)
• Comfortable using digital tools and modern teaching techniques

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
