Job Description:
Suraj School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated French Teacher to join our team of passionate educators. As a French Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping students' language skills, cultural understanding, and appreciation for the French language and Francophone culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the French language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging French language lessons that align with curriculum objectives and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate actively in language acquisition activities.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to enhance language learning and fluency.
• Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster a deep appreciation for French culture, literature, and traditions through engaging classroom discussions, projects, and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate French language learning across the curriculum and promote cross-cultural understanding.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, goals, and opportunities for enrichment.
• Stay updated on best practices in language teaching, educational trends, and relevant pedagogical research to continuously improve teaching methods and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proficiency in the French language (DALF/DELF certification or equivalent).
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a K-12 educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, instructional technology, and assessment practices.
• Passion for language education, cultural exchange, and fostering global awareness among students.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
