English Communication Faculty

IIHCA is seeking a passionate and experienced English Faculty member to train students in English communication, specifically tailored to the hospitality and culinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English language instruction, a student-centric teaching style, and the ability to bridge language skills with professional hospitality needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English with a focus on spoken communication, grammar, and hospitality-specific vocabulary.
• Design and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Facilitate engaging classroom activities such as group discussions, presentations, and role-plays.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide individual feedback.
• Prepare students for real-world scenarios such as interviews, guest interactions, and written communication in a professional setting.
• Maintain academic records and contribute to curriculum improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in English communication or hospitality training.
• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• A creative, adaptable, and student-friendly teaching approach.
• Experience with IELTS preparation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Day shift
• Commute: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Khatima, Uttarakhand before joining.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s (Required), Master’s (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in teaching English or communication
• Language: Fluency in English is a must
