Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager Project (Civil)- Jharwasa

Job Purpose - To assist SH Civil in Supervising, Monitoring, coordinating & execution of Civil maintenance and Project Activities for ensuring availability and maintenance of plant buildings and other infrastructure to improve work environment by carrying out all Capex related activities as per budget and timelines.

Accountability - Supervise, Monitor, coordinate & execution of Civil maintenance and Project Activities.Cost control:Cost control* Monitor actual cost with budget * Identify Kaizens / focused improvement areas. Control of manpower & over time. Use of items from surplus inventory.Civil capex jobs: Plan, coordinate & timely execution of Capex jobs within budget allocated to meet the business objective. Improvements / Modifications* Identify areas (Capex works) requiring improvements * Review drawings / specifications * Indent of spares / materials * Supervise & coordinate for the jobs to complete. * Bill verificationsSystem Management:-(Coordinate, organize & monitor effective implementation of IMS and other systems in Packing section for improvement of productivity and creating safe work culture)Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiativesWork location will be at Jharwasa North AFR processing
