Date: Jun 16, 2025 Location: Dahej, ACG Cellulose, India Company: ACG Group Company ACG Cellulose Pvt Ltd, Engineer-Instrumentation Primary Responsibilities Planning & execute capacity expansion and other improvement projects in the facility - Regarding Instruments & Control Coordinate with external & internal SMEs or consultants for designing systems, wherever required Support other user functions in execution of their departmental projects Ensure execution of size change/ pin bar change activities within the specified time frame to meet the manufacturing requirements. Plan and execute innovative projects in various fields based on advanced technologies for synchronization of process/utility by automation, productivity increase and energy conservation. Assist QA in carrying out validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) of all engineering equipment and process. Ensure implementation of various energy saving projects to achieve budgeted ECR Monitor, plan and execute energy cost reduction activities to achieve budgeted energy cost Ensure cost optimization in improvement projects with vendor development Ensure reduction in R&M cost Key Result Areas Reduction in Downtime ECR Reduction Achieve budgeted O&M cost Implementation of RCA, PM & CAPA Compliance to statutory & regulatory norms Successful implementation of improvement projects Key Interfaces Internal Interfaces External Interfaces Lead engineering online Lead engineering Maintenance HOD Engineering Customers Vendors Competencies
