Engineering Team Lead

You will have a direct impact on building the software powering the Indian hyperscale cloud ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead frontend and backend Engineering teams with tactical and operational management oversight. - Ensure consistency and predictability in Product delivery and quality by establishing sound SDLC standards, practices, and processes. - Conduct timely reviews of Engineering activities, addressing any inadequacies with effective action plans. - Guide, implement, and build solutions by reviewing technology trends, software architectures, documentation, coding guidelines, sprints, release processes, and quality standards. - Participate in Product strategy activities with internal stakeholders for platform development. - Explore and validate new technologies, patterns, and practices for software development process enhancement. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in Product development and software Engineering. - Product-driven mindset with problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership skills for intra and cross-functional applications. - Prior experience in developing solutions, software architectures, and establishing SDLC practices. - Familiarity with open-source technologies and on-premise software deployments. - Strong technical knowledge in Javascript-based software development frameworks, tools, libraries, and methodologies. - Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and change management. - Excellent communication skills for effective verbal and written articulation.
