Job Objective:

Effectively keep running work ongoing on top of keeping detailed records of work juggling multiple work and handling delegation, good judgment and maintain 5S & safety at the working premises.

Job Description:

1. Perform the QA Operations as per the following Avaada Quality Policy, PQA Policies and Procedures:

a. Responsible for Proper maintenance of machine

b. Maintain 5S in work area.

c. Maintain discipline & Organization Policy.

d. Awareness about Module criteria & Specification of Module.

2. Operational Process: -

a. Day’s Planning:

b. Properly fill machine check sheet.

c. Use PPE.

d. Sr. Engineer/Engineer FQA related Grievances

Work Experience:

1 to 4 Years

Qualification & Certification Required:

Engineering Diploma.

Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:

Basic Knowledge of Word & Excel.
Basic knowledge Machine operation

KRA & KPI:

1. People processes & Operational

a. Absenteeism%

b. Discipline, Punctuality in the premises.

c. Assessment Performance%.

A. Morning

Arrive at Plant 5 minutes before shift time.
Take Shift handover.
Maintain 5s at station.
Follow WIs.
