Job Description

As an Engineering Stores - Executive at Teva Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the engineering department. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Overall management of engineering activities, including monitoring and review of procedures and cGMP records in the engineering store to ensure compliance. - Preparation and review of Engineering store SOPs in Glorya Electronic Data Management System. - Ensuring readiness of the department for regulatory inspections and compliance with regulations. - Upkeeping of engineering store compliance and initiation/execution of Change Controls, Deviations, Investigations, CAPAs in Trackwise System, and timely closure. - Physical stock verification, reconciliation, and sharing the list of materials availability monthly with immediate supervisors. - Coordinating with cross-functional departments for effective procurement of materials. - Upgradation, maintenance, alteration, and renovation of engineering store facility in coordination with the engineering department. - Monitoring receipt/issuance of materials, UD clearance, disposal of scrap, and disposal of miscellaneous/chemical process with proper documentation and controls. - Motivating team members for reporting near miss events and non-safety incidents. - Handling SAP R/3 System, Trackwise System, and Glorya Electronic Data Management System. - Coordinating with cross-functional departments for smooth departmental activities and ensuring compliance with data integrity policies and procedures. - Providing safety awareness training and implementing good safety practices in the engineering store. - Maintaining a disciplined work culture and ensuring departmental safety at all times.
